Recycling
We convert aluminum scrap and dross into 1,500 pound remelt scrap ingot (RSI) sows. We also produce and ship molten aluminum in over-the-road crucibles. We can either toll process this material and return the sows or buy the scrap/dross outright. Our process in the US plants uses proprietary rotary salt furnace technology. Our process in Canada uses electric plasma arc technology in a salt free rotary furnace.
